• Hi, It is probably the driver problem, you may need to reinstall the Finger Print driver for test. If the driver doesn’t work, you need to wait for the latest release from manufacturer which is applied to Windows 10 Technical Preview.
• Use the dropdown menus below to find the drivers and downloads you want. You can also search by product or keyword. Lumidigm drivers can be found in the Lumidigm Developer Center.
• Go to Device Manager (right click on My Computer, choose Manage and then find Device Manager in the left panel), or right click on Start Menu for Windows 10 and select Device Manager 3.
